Do not use Sonnet Insurance!
Do not use Sonnet Insurance. I was in an accident 2 weeks ago and called everyday since then to speak to an adjuster. Every time I called they would tell me an adjuster would get back to me by end of day or the next morning. It took me emailing the Ombudsman of Sonnet to finally get an adjuster. Then when I finally got an adjuster she never called me at the time we arranged. I called her several times and emailed, it took me calling customer service for her to get back to me finally today, where they tell me they will not cover anything. My car had been towed and has been sitting at a lot for over 2 weeks. And she tells me that to fix the car it is out of pocket. What have I been paying towards every month for them to pay for nothing. I will not be going with Sonnet for my new car, that is for sure.

Good Insurance, Bad Turnaround Time.
I've had PB insurance for a couple years. It was my first experience with pet insurance. It started out very good (5 stars). The turn around time on reimbursement was reasonable. In the last year this has not been the case. The cost of vet care is very high and the reason that we have insurance is because of the cost. Most people can't afford to wait over a month to get reimbursed. We had one dog who was insured with Nationwide. When a claim was eventually filed it took under two weeks for reimbursement. Pet's Best needs to work hard on this aspect of their program. Otherwise I am satisfied with the insurance.

I'm thinking Will need to look onto…
I'm thinking Will need to look into finding a better pet insurance. I have submitted 3 claims. The first on the 16 pf September, then 2 days later Had to summit another one. The most resent about a week or two. I understand there is a process and some waiting but I don't even know if I'll receive any reimbursement this year. They dp keep sending reminders that they are sorry for the delay, that is taking longer than usual, but it's getting ridiculous.

This is the worst company I have…
This is the worst company I have dealing with. After years of paying the monthly premiums they declined my $400 legitimate claim stating I didn't show proof it wasn't a pre-existing condition. They asked me to supply records going back 10 years! Plus they say I ran out of time. My vet supplied records going back 4 years but that wasn't enough. These people are criminals. They say all the right things but do nothing.

Pets Best came through for me
My dog had very expensive surgery for his eye, lots of pre and post surgical testing and follow up, never had a problem with the claims process and the customer service is great! I highly recommend.

Received a quote and even got a call back to help me with finishing the process. This is the first time in insuring my 6 year old Havanese. Looking forward to just having the comfort of just knowing my fur baby is covered.
