Healthy Paws did a great job processing my claim!
Healthy Paws did a great job in processing my dogs' vet bill for an endoscopy he needed to retrieve a foreign object he swallowed; now I have my happy dog back. Healthy Paws had everything completed with just a few days. Thank you so much!

Relatively easy.
All I did was sign up for the pet insurance for my two dogs. The all-inclusive insurance was too expensive, so I signed up for accident only, my main concern being rattle-snake bites, so that was relatively easy.

We have been fortunate not to have to use our insurance in any significant way so I can't really give a relevant review.

Appeals take 3 months
I was very disappointed with PetsBest. In December, my cat was diagnosed with asthma. Although I got a letter from my vet stating that he did not have a pre-existing condition before the start of my cat's insurance plan. Although they are fairly quick about making decisions when it comes to claims, they take FOREVER (3 months) to answer appeals. I went through 6 months total since I appealed their decision twice, and both were denied. After that, I decided to cancel the plan because I can't trust them to reimburse me and take care of my pet if I need it.

My dog rubbed or licked something and…
Update: her vet visit was well after we started paying and this response is NOT what they claimed in response to the claim. What a waste. My dog rubbed or licked something and got an infection on her face but bc she already had allergies in general they denied my claim and expect me to gather over a year of records to appeal despite what is clearly stated as a possible bug bite, food reaction, etc. They'd be covering less than 200 dollars, I can't imagine these cheap skates who don't even have anyone other than General customer service reps talk to you would help me if something worse happened. These people are just lile the rest if the insurance garbage that gives insurance a bad name.
