It was a bit challenging to find a more complete explanation of the coverage versus other companies' policies. Once I figured out what was the difference, then it became easier.

Trupanion is adding riders
I have been a loyal customer for several years, like 12 years... and now you start denying claims because I didnt purchase an additional rider in 2020 to which you sent ONE email at renewal. This is shady. I will stick with you until this dog passes, but i will no longer recommend you.

overall very good but I am bothered by the fact I brought my beloved pup in for a sick visit and the exam by the doctor was not counted toward the deductible.
