First claim submitted should have been paid.

First claim submitted should have been paid. Dog was treated twice with prescription meds for same condition before she was referred elsewhere for more extensive tests. Now she’s being referred to a third facility for possible surgery. I would like to know she’s covered when she has an illness. This is my first claim in all the years I have been paying premiums and premium increases.
