First time using Pet's Best
First time using Pet's Best. The process was easy and quick. The refund came within a few days. I opted for Pet's Best because my daughter uses it for her dog and said it was a great insurance. We're both very pleased.

Scam of an insurance company!!
Scam of an insurance company. My dog got hit by a car the day the policy started. Freak of nature situation and instead of helping me through this tough time, they denied any coverage. As usual insurance companies have no compassion, feelings or understanding of any of their customers. I also have a second dog and we went for a regular chrck up and guess what that wasn't covered either. I'm paying $100 a dog each month for months now and when I needed PestBest, they simple denied all my claims. Oh and it took them 45days to review your claim so they can deny it. So they make you pay extra months so that you dont lapse to just find out that you'll be denied. when I voiced these opinions to their customer service they don't do anything and when I said I'll just cancel, they said go right ahead. So DO NOT USE PETSBEST/WORST for your pets.

Paid for the top coverage....$104 per month. Never filed since signing up...just paid. Had my dog develop a hormone problem. Will not cover it because they are saying it's dermatitis. She is on medication for a hormone imbalance...but I can dispute it. They will DENIGH EVERYTHING AND MAKE YOU WORK FOR YOUR PAID COVERAGE!!!! GARBAGE COMPANY! Must be others, perhaps a class action suit is necessary.

I am underwhelmed. I was expecting to hear from a person with Sonnet. But after a month have not had any interaction other than email. I am very impressed with the price and the ease. I hope i never have to reach Sonnet.. lol cause that would mean i had an accident

Easy to buy insurance
Easy to buy insurance. Far better prices than other insurers. Pretty easy to communicate with, albeit virtual communication. The proof will be in renewal rate and claims support, if needed.
