Trupanion literally doubled our monthly…
Trupanion literally doubled our monthly payment. That was deeply disturbing. Also, you did not pay for the recent sick visit fully. We were responsible for the examination fee, and were under the impression that any part of a sick visit would be covered. Otherwise, Trupanion has done a good job with phone customer service, and online ease of use. I always find the customer service representatives to be polite, friendly, and pleasant.

Best pet insurance Ever!
The person I spoke to at Trupanion was so kind and caring! Trupanion was very prompt in approving my claim so that Trent could get needed care fast. This was my first claim and I am so impressed. I have had two other pet insurance companies before that was a waste of money. Not true for Trupanion. Love it!
