Customer service people are exceptional! Payment of claims is exceptional! Rates are affordable! We recommend trupanion to anyone consider pet insurance, it¡¦s not an option but a necessity! Trupanion allowed us the freedom to save our 11 month old Great Dane two years ago! A bizarre autoimmune reaction that can happen to any pup nearly took him from us, without proper medical experts to diagnose and treat him we would have lost our beautiful big boy. After $48,000 in treatment all within a matter of days, this is put behind us with no I¡¦ll effects. Claims were paid by Trupanion directly to VCA in less than a minute in every case.
