We have had Embrace for over 4 years…
We have had Embrace for over 4 years and have been very satisfied with them. The fact that we have coverage for our 13 year old dog is very comforting. They have paid for 2 different cancer surgeries and countless meds. Their website is very easy to navigate for claims, and all their staff is very friendly and helpful if you need to call. Highly recommend.

Great customer service & sales team
Spoke with Samantha in customer service first, she was very nice and helpful in connecting me with the department I needed. Connected me with Amanda in sales as I wanted to add my new puppy to my existing policy. She was very kind and answered all my questions with explanations of coverages. She even sent me an email with all my fur babies policy due dates, which is rather helpful because I now have 4 fur babies. Would recommend Fetch to anyone looking for pet insurance.

Spinal Surgery
My Dachshund had to have spinal surgery. I was so worried about making appointments and her medication that I didn't think about the bill until I got it. I had submitted the paperwork to Fetch and they took care of the rest. I'm forever thankful to Fetch!

Take your money and run because that’s what this company will do to you. Every emergency claim I put in is denied. They make up excuses saying my deductible ($150) is higher. The bill comes out to over $200 I think I’ve met the deductible and should be covered at this time…. NOPE! I’ve paid more money out of my pocket with this insurance than ever. They will never help your pets or your wallet. Typical insurance company.

Metlife Pet Insurance makes it super easy to upload claims in an efficient manner. Payment from Metlife is also easy as Zelle is used. So, the gap between submitting a claim and receiving payment is usually super quick. Also, compared to other pet insurance plans, Metlife offers reimbursement for a lot of conditions and procedures.
