Great experience and coverage

I have had a great experience with Fetch. Shortly after getting both my cats insured, one of them developed bladder stones and had to have surgery to have them removed. Fetch covered 90% after my deductible which was several thousand dollars. Last month one of her teeth broke and she needed unplanned dental surgery. Again, Fetch covered her $2000 dental bill at 90%. It has more than paid for itself and quick reimbursement within 2 weeks! I have recommended to several of my co-workers, especially because of dental coverage.

We bought pet insurance for our 8 year…

We bought pet insurance for our 8 year old cat. MetLife refused to pay ANYTHING for our visit, due to a "pre-existing condition" of gastritis. They wouldn't pay for a routine lab panel for an elderly cat, fecal test, nothing. We paid over $900 for insurance, and got zero for this. I didn't trust they would ever pay for anything so we cancelled.

15 years of excellent service!

We have been with Embrace since 2011 when we adopted our first Lab mix. From the start, Embrace has been quick to cover every expense without any questions. Our first dog, died from a brain tumor and our current Lab mix from Houston, has had multiple health issues that have amounted to thousands of dollars! His primary vet calls him the million dollar dog! It has been reassuring to know that Embrace has supported our dogs' health every step of the way!

Outrageous Premium increase

I was always satisfied with Fetch. Customer service is very good and claims were paid on time. I haven’t had a claim in well over 3 years and always felt the annual increases were tolerable until now. Last years premium was 712.00, for the next premium it was quoted at 2,140.00 for a 6 year old healthy female dog. Clearly this is price gouging and needs to be addressed. I filed a complaint with the NYS Attorney General and hope some action is taken. I got a quote from an equally reputable conduct for 775.00 Why is there such a huge increase from Fertch?

first time buyer of pet coverage

This is my first time purchasing pet coverages. I compared several companies for converges and pricing and I paid close attention to reviews and recommendations. Prudent Pet Insurance made the process very simple and when I order coverage, I reviewed one of the exclusions and Believed that I should have purchased that coverage originally and I reached out and they amended the policy without difficulty. Looking forward to a long-term relationship with this company.

I don’t recommended !

I don’t recommended ,all my claims was denied after a year of monthly payments. They try very hard to make any issues that the pet had in the past to connect with the present issue or future issues so your claim gets denied. Waste of money.
