Too MANY EMAILS
Relatively easy to sign up and friendly, professional folks on the phone. But I've gotten 7 email messages in 24 hours, including this one- WAY too many!!! And of course, one doesn't make recommendations based on signing up, but on actual experience with a claim, so I'm frustrated by the above question.
