Linnea, as all your customer service reps are helpful, professional, knowledgable and make me feel like a "listened to" and truly valued client. Why I didn't choose a 10, is because I learned that the office visit charge is not covered - I was told, when expressing my concern after utilizing services of a VERY EXPENSIVE eye specialist with off the charts office visit charges - that to keep premiums as low as possible, these charges can't be covered. Also, when I had to pay in excess of $3K for the patella luxating surgeries on both legs, Juliette was 4 weeks short of the 3 month waiting period - (again, understand pre-existing conditions) - - - BUT, when sitting in my same primary care vet I see the brochures that new clients can have NO THREE MONTH WAIT to have issues covered - on your newer brochure. This made me feel like the 3 month waiting period was really NOT that significant if in trying to recruit new clients, that is waived as incentive to join. I didn't do a lot of research on comparison plans, but trusted if your brochure was in my vet's office, that you had to be competitive and a good company. Again, your reps are all a feather in the Trupanion cap.
