Prudent Pet is fantastic!
I have two dogs that mean the world to me and I am so glad I found Prudent Pet! Their customer service representatives are always friendly and helpful and their claims processing is extremely quick. I have always been reimbursed within a few days of submitting my claim. I highly recommend Prudent Pet to anyone looking for great coverage, at a great rate for their dogs and cats!

This is the best pet insurance company ever!
I have been extremely satisfied with Healthy Paws! My puggle Emmi has had several surgeries for her mast cell cancer-which has come back several times. Healthy Paws quickly processes my claims and is very up front with their extremely fair reimbursement amount for services. Pet insurance has allowed me to take the best care of Emmi that I can. The reimbursement checks are mailed out so quickly-it's amazing. I only wish my medical insurance was this good!!! Thank you so much Healthy Paws!

So far very easy to deal with Insurance company
Purchased a policy from Lemonade for our new golden retriever puppy. I chose 100 000$ with 250$ deductible and wellness plan. Total monthly cost 55$. The puppy had his physical and shots last night. I filed a claim to be reimbursed for parasite test and 3 vaccines. The claim was approved in 5 secs. So far I am very impressed and pleased. Claim was very easy to file thru the app.

We have had a run around trying to get our claim accepted. It was unclear what extra information was needed. Claim got denied because records from previous owner were not released and now is getting reopened with the additional info. Has been frustrating. Hope we can get reimbursed after paying into it for years
