The only reason I'm giving it a rating of 8 is because I had a lot of trouble trying to sign up on the website. It's a solid 10/10 for the customer service when I called. I was set up within a few minutes over the phone and everyone I spoke with was kind and helpful.

Not thrilled...
I am rating Pet's Best low because it takes a long time to get my reimbursement back as well there were 2 apts where I didn't receive anything back and when I have called on the phone to talk to a representative I was on hold for over 45 min and gave up. I am paying almost 90.00 a month and feel like that is a lot of money to not have better and faster service. I am not thrilled with Pet's Best.
