I did a search with different companies, and Spot Pet has the best coverage. The very next day after I bought the policy for my two kittens an underwriter contacted me to ask me if I had any questions regarding the coverage. She was able to confirm that this plan does not exclude completely pre-existing conditions. After the condition has been treated and not relapsed for 180 days, if it happens again it will be covered.! ❤️ I love this specially because one of my kittens is currently been treated for bladder stones. Absolutely it was the best option.

I was very satisfied with my claims experience with Pets Best. They let me know that they were a little backed up with processing claims but would get my claim done as soon as possible which they did, and the claim statement I received was easy to understand. I was impressed with the processing time of Dakota's most recent claim but a little disappointed with the reimbursement amount. He has another appt on 10-25-21 and will forward a claim and see the payout on that one. Overall the premium amount is fair so will continue the coverage for now.

Trupanion is user friendly and has supportive customer service representatives. Trupanion came through when we were facing a very expensive hospital surgery for a congenital birth defect for our dog. Luckily we elected to not have it done but the peace of mind that trupanion coverage was there was priceless.
