My dog has been insured with Trupanion…
Trupanion is better than medical insurances for humans. My dog has been insured with Trupanion since he was a puppy. He is now 9yo. He was recently diagnosed with Cushing disease. The treatment is very expensive and life-long. Fortunately, Trupanion covers it all. The staff at Trupanion assured me not to worry about future expenses related to Cushing, and that it is fully covered. So far, the treatment exceeded $6k, and Trupanion reimbursed at 90%, except exams. I don’t know how my dog would have made it without Trupanion. I'm very thankful.

Good company but need to speed up processing time.
I like the easy system to upload claims, check status, make changes to the policy. I would recommend PetsBest to family and friends. The only reason why I am giving a three stars is because the processing time is way too long. It wasn't like that way when I first enroll.

I've been with sonnet for a few years…
I've been with sonnet for a few years now. Everything was great in the beginning. As time drags on though things keep getting worse. I'm thirty three years old. Why do my rates keep going up? No tickets. No accidents. No claims. Why? Why do you have such a weird system with banks? Five days before the payment, you check with them? All happens in five days. And then you have a weird way of listening the payments? I can't tell you how many times, at the end of my year I've had issues with thinking I'm paid up and then a magical last minute payment is needed from me; because of your stupid way of laying out the payments in the first place. Seriously considering changing solely because these little things add up and up and up....

Company never responds to claims
Company never responds to claims. I placed 2 claims for my cat's treatment. Neither one has been processed. Nobody ever answers their phone. Put on permanent hold and left my phone number for call back which never happened. Never even received the promised gift card for signing up. Will report to the State Insurance commissioner.
