I've paid do much for this insurance and when I needed it I didn't get much back.

I've paid do much for this insurance, and when I needed it, I didn't get much back. My dog had an infected spider bite. She was ill and had to take 3 medications. Right now I'm not very happy with the company.

I love the claims process however you are not able to actually talk to a claims person if you want to talk to them directly.

I love the claims process however, you are not able to actually talk to a claims person if you want to talk to them directly. Also the cost of the insurance is not cheap.
