Easy claim, unreasonable pre existing
Easy process to submit claim, but happy about the reasoning why some claims are denied. I didn't expect the items to be covered because I'm well below the deductible and the food was not for the visit, but the reason why it was declined was from an incident over a year ago that was non specific, and now they're saying any issue related to vomitting wouldn't be covered. I contacted support previous to this months ago to confirm whether this would be the case because my dog's last incident was non specific and they said it would only not be covered if it was the same illness and/or incident. This seems to not be the case

We are so glad we got Trupanion for our baby Fiona when we first got her. This is the first time we have ever had just one dog in our family. We used to have two-four. We decided this time, later in our lives, to have "a one and only" and she is well cared for and loved. Never ever thought she would get sick and she did start this having seizures several months back. We are so glad we have Trupanion, it has been wonderful to have coverage for her expenses through this. Trupanion is quick and prompt. We are so happy with Trupanion!
