quick and easy process and reply. Very disappointed that the policy is structured that exam fees are not covered and the balance is written off under the deductible. Thank goodness my dog is healthy and we have had minimal claims, but what good is the insurance if when needed it isn't applicable

I tell everyone about it but they don't seem to get it even after I spent thousands upon thousands on my pets . Getting this insurance and nothing ever happens to Jasper and he lived to be 15 I have spent tons more just on my last dog. I won't mention my other 2 dogs and cat. So when anyone gets a pet I tell them about trupanion and how great you all are and you can contact you anytime at any given day. I have piece of mind for my sweet Jasper.
