Trupanion is a group of extremely strong customer service people. I am always amazed at how quickly I get reimbursed, directly into my bank account. Sometimes it literally takes longer for the Pharmacy to fill the order than it takes Trupanion to pay for it.

This particular claim has been a mixup.
This particular claim has been a mixup. The expediency of everything was fine but the statement that was sent me was in error and I felt that I had overpaid and was due a refund, but then found out that there was no mistake so I wasn¡¦t due any refund. I called Trupanion to get the statement revised to reflect the correct charges and was told that I could not get this after the fact but they (Carissa) would check on it and get back to me but I still haven¡¦t heard anything from Trupanion.
