Amazing company
Thank you so much to Healthy Paws for their quick claims processing. Our pup had to have 2 TPLO surgeries in one year. Healthy Paws was very supportive of us and processed the claims so quickly. They then followed up with emails to check on her to be sure she was doing well and to see if they could do anything else for us. Wonderful company, wonderful people!

I was a very disappointed in the coverage rate for my pets preventive meds. $25 once a year is not enough to cover preventive meds for one month. Im giving the insurance a chance but I specifically got the wellness to help cover preventive medications.

We almost lost our precious Angel. Thanks to the emergency clinic in Leesburg Florida and a special thank you to Trupanion who stood by us throughout. I'm so glad I got the insurance for my cat. I'm very happy with it. I just filed my first claim and got reimbursed. The process was really easy. And they make it very clear upfront about deductibles, reimbursement percentage, what they cover ect. It's way better than human insurance.
