It is very easy to use with my vet. The texts about processing are immediate confirmation that something is being reviewed. The claims are usually approved soon after.

My dog Max had an ear infection in his right ear. When I told the Veterinarian that i had Trupanion insurance he put the claim thru and Trupanion paid a good portion of the bill. It was a very simple process. I was very impressed with your system.

The company seems professional.
The company seems professional. Customer service representatives are professional. The only downside is I did not realize that the premiums can go up every year. I mistakenly thought it was like Turman Sherance where are you lock in the premium when you purchase it.
