Amanda was amazing
Amanda was amazing. Great customer service. We have been with Fetch prior to this. Last year we tried a different pet insurance and was very unhappy with them. That is why we came back to Fetch, even though it’s more expensive, the customer service means a lot to me when dealing with my fur babies!

the reimbursement rate is a joke
the reimbursement rate is a joke. We are paying nearly $300/month or two dogs. and we are getting nothing. we are looking elsewhere. also the new 9.5% increase is a slap in our face when you keep denying our claims.

FANTASTIC INSURANCE
Wow, during a very scary and unsure time SPOT Insurance came thru and made things feel better. Our love of our life and family therapist, HONEYGIRL, (6& 1/2 yr old goldendoodle) Had to have leg surgery and within a 2 week time period we were reimbursed the 90% of a $4900.00 bill. Thank you ever so much for being true ! I also talked with a service rep. To be sure my claim was submitted correctly and the rep was so very kind and helpful ♡

Fast, prompt claim service!
Even though I submitted the claim over the Thanksgiving holiday weekend as soon as they returned to work the claim was processed so quickly! Remember, your claims will vary depending on what you selected to be covered but the main thing is that you have peace of mind when your pet NEEDS a medical procedure and you don't have to stress out about the costs.
