Claims rejected despite vet appeal
If I could, I would rate negative. Trupanion was great for my first insured pet. Since then I’ve had two more- and apparently trupanion trusts the claims reviewers more than a veterinarian. My veterinarian has written an appeal letter to explain how a puppy’s bloodwork cannot be measured on an adult scale- since they are growing and building immunity. Trupanion disregarded my veterinarian‘a assessment and has rejected every claim since. I will be leaving this company, despite my positive experience with my first pet. Something has changed with this company over the last six years. Business and bottom line now trumps pet care and science.

First time using Pet's Best. The process was easy and quick. The refund came within a few days. I opted for Pet's Best because my daughter uses it for her dog and said it was a great insurance. We're both very pleased.

Scam of an insurance company!!
Scam of an insurance company. My dog got hit by a car the day the policy started. Freak of nature situation and instead of helping me through this tough time, they denied any coverage. As usual insurance companies have no compassion, feelings or understanding of any of their customers. I also have a second dog and we went for a regular chrck up and guess what that wasn't covered either. I'm paying $100 a dog each month for months now and when I needed PestBest, they simple denied all my claims. Oh and it took them 45days to review your claim so they can deny it. So they make you pay extra months so that you dont lapse to just find out that you'll be denied. when I voiced these opinions to their customer service they don't do anything and when I said I'll just cancel, they said go right ahead. So DO NOT USE PETSBEST/WORST for your pets.
