Fancy and I really appreciate Trupanian
Fancy has been having a sick spell for a few months. Trupanion has been a blessing with assisting with testing and medication. We could not have done it without Trupanion. I don't know what we would have done otherwise.

Peace of Mind
We've been policy holders for nearly a year now and, so far, I'm happy with our experience. Filing claims has been easy, everything that I expected to be covered was covered, and we've already saved money on what we would've paid out of pocket not having insurance. Sticker shock at the vet is definitely reduced. The only reason I can't leave a 5-star review is processing time, which in our experience has been about a month and a half for claims. If you can float the expense for that period of time, then this is a great policy, but if you can't, you may want to consider your options.

They take a tremendous amount of time…
They take a tremendous amount of time to process claims with no communication. When you chat with someone you can't get a straight answer without giving them 6 pieces of information. I wouldn't recommend them.

They were quick easy to deal with compassionate and very adequate with reimbursement for Teddy's surgery
Here is the comment I left the company after they inquired about Teddy's recovery from his surgery: Thanks so much for your interest in Teddy!! Teddy is doing very well after needing a miracle surgery to save him! We though it was going to be a routine visit for some constipation and other "rear end issues" but my wife called me hysterical saying he has Bloat and that an emergency surgery was needed and that it wasn't looking very good. Thankfully, our vet Dr. was able to perform a successful surgery and although he was in pretty bad shape the first few days he has shown great improvement and looks to be passed all his problems!! I want to thank your company for the quick and very adequate reimbursement for Teddy's medical costs! It has been a Godsend. I will totally recommend your company to any pet owner I know!! We have been Sonnet customer for four years. We have not had any issues nor have needed to place a claim. Prices are very comparable if not somewhat lower. They can be reached by phone but all purchases are done on line. Very easy to use.
