I’ve been with Healthy Paws for over 2 years. Claim submissions are fast and easy. Recently our Homer boy had to have life saving surgery to address his breathing issues, the cost was close to $7K. Any questions I had regarding my policy was addressed with a quick call to a friendly customer rep. After surgery I submitted my claim and within days I was reimbursed 80% of Homer’s surgery. Healthy Paws was even kind enough to check on Homer and his recovery. Great customer service by people who really care about your pets. This surgery would not have been possible without pet insurance. Thank you Healthy Paws!

Embrace pet insurance is HORRIBLE!!
This pet insurance co is RIDICULOUS!!! Like soooo many others, and BTW, don't trust the "majority" of reviews at being highly positive on this site. The actual "majority" of reviews of Embrace pet insurance are HIGHLY NEGATIVE!!! This company will give you the run around of every excuse you can imagine about how they're diligently working on reviewing and paying your claim. Trust me, they're NOT!! I spent $3,500 on vet bills for my dog (stray dog attacked my dog) and it's been months and still NOTHING!! This claim will have NOTHING to do with a "pre existing condition", but that's not stopping them from insisting they do a thorough background check on my vets notes for the previous year to see if they can apply something somehow and if not, they'll just not pay it and hope I go away! I won't. I"m going to sue these fux and when I'm done they're going to feel like they had a proctology exam with a cactus DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SCAM OF A COMPANY!!! p.s. Take note of ALL the "positive" posts here. Odd many of them do NOT mention their payment reimbursement isn't it? "They picked up the phone quickly and treated me well..."This is the first time I had to use Embrace, and when I needed help the two young ladies that answered the phone in two different occasions were friendly, helpful and understanding!" and "I have had great experiences with this pet insurance. The response time is amazing. I recommend this pet insurance to all of my friends and family that own pets!" and "Everything seems to be very organized and everyone that I have spoken to has been very kind and helpful. Hopefully my puppers will remain healthy so I don’t have to go into it deeper than I have already" Also note someone at Embrace is trying to respond to negative comments about them then inviting the individual to contact them so they can "see what they can do to solve the problem." More b*llshit!! Beware...

Quick claims process
I currently have used Healthy Paws with my two rescues. One of my babies has been having stomach issues and dental issues. Healthy Paws has answered and paid all of the claims really quickly. I am super happy with having both of rescues insured under Healthy Paws.
