Can contact Trupanion anytime and speak with a live person. I have been with Trupanion for over two years now. The staff is courteous and knowledgeable. My daughter just got a puppy for my granddaughter. I told her to call Trupanion immediately, because they are the best. She did!!

Fabulous service, very caring
I highly recommend Healthy Paws! I didn’t sign up until my dog was about 3 and wish I had from puppyhood. They were always fast with their reimbursements, especially when I opted for direct deposits after uploading the vet bills. When my girl finally lost her battle with mast cell cancer, they sent a very nice note and followed up soon afterwards. I’ll be reaching back out to Healthy Paws when I’m ready to get another best friend!

worthless, takes weeks to get any kind of response from the company, the claim will take forever, if they deny it for the wrong reasons itll take weeks more. terrible, please don't waste your time here
