The slow customer service was extremely disappointing. As well as the fact they did not consider by deductible was unacceptable. It is not clear on what they will and will not cover on their site

Amazing
Trupanion has been amazing. I wasn’t sure if I could afford my dogs life saving surgery. They gave me an incredibly quick pre approval giving me piece of mind to make the decision. Scout is feeling great now. The process has been so easy. I wish human insurance worked this way!

My dog paquita (pitbull) is getting close to 10 years, so far all her vet bills have been paid, and the process have been really easy for me, the enrollment process was really fast compared to some other webpages, I have always wanted to get a pet insurance but been delaying it, the good thing is that I am now taking her to the vet for preventive care and so far all has been covered, I love that I will get to keep her longer with me :)

So far I’ve experienced poor customer…
So far I’ve experienced poor customer service and I’m very u happy so far. I’ve had an issue with one of your employees not filing my claim properly and I’ve had to waste my time, talking to multiple people until my claim was filed. After I finally got my claim filed, a representative was supposed to schedule an appointment for me to get an estimate for my car this morning and I go to the shop, to find out that she scheduled my appointment for the next morning… I am so unhappy and aggravated and I’ve expected better service from this company… Once my policy ends, this year in October, I will not be renewing it and it’s very unfortunate that it has to end this way.
