Very helpful for my previous service dog. My current service dog was denied coverage to a "pre-existing" claim, is something I am going to appeal. The notes you have are not in the paperwork I brought home. The policy said have to file in 90 days - so I haven't because I exceeded the 90 days. Now I am told there is no time limit on filing. Quite confusing. There are so many policies out there now, compared to when I first started with Trupanion. I would have to recommend that people look at many more options.

Trupanion is the very best. I have told all of my friends about the great service I have received. I highly recommend Trupanion. I've never had pet insurance before, but my vet recommended Trupanion when I got my new puppy 3 years ago. I never thought such a young puppy would have any serious health problems, but feel so grateful that Trupanion was there when my puppy needed neurosurgery. I feel blessed to have found Trupanion!
