She was friendly and answered my questions and provided guidance. I have not submitted my claim yet based on her guidance to wait for the Biopsy results. So presently, I have no opinion on how easy it was with Trupanion to get my claim paid. I prefer to wait till the claim is process before sharing any additional feedback. Thank you!
