Please use another pet insurance company. After acquiring insurance they claim because a vet that saw my 8 week old puppy noted dirt in ear the dog had allergies. Over a year later they deny any claim that can "think" maybe allergies, i.e. for ear infection (vet did not note allergies, caused by playing in hose) because "dog has allergies". My dog has not a visit concerning allergies and he is over 16 months old. If they don't honor routine animal why use they. I hear there are much better companies. Please research, wish I had.

Pet Insurance Research
After researching pet insurance, I chose Prudent Pet for our puppy. I have not had a claim so I can't speak to that process, but I have been contacted a few times to see how things are going...a nice thing to have anyone make contact in this busy world. Embrace has been a very good insurance for both of our pets. The thing that stick out the most is I had to have my eight year old boxer Euthanize. They were so supportive and send a sympathy card that can be planted and wild flowers will grow to remember her.
