Being a first time puppy owner
Being a first time puppy owner with many questions, I found Janelle to be very knowledgeable and helpful with all my questions. By the time I finished signing up for insurance for my new puppy I was very satisfied and confidant I made the right choice.

Great company
This is a great company and claims are so easy to submit online. I get back 90% of all vet bills and prescriptions with no questions asked. My dog has terrible allergies and is on monthly prescriptions and many follow ups with his vet. I couldn't be happier with Pets Best. I have had many dogs and have tried other insurance companies. No one compares to Pets Beat in my opinion.

Love this company. I have used for a few different issues with my Doxie. This last ER visit was $2200 and they covered 90%. He also had a previous IVDD case and they cover 90%of all my Bill's. I'm so glad I went with Trupanion..

I have been disappointed with my experiences With Embrace since I enrolled one of my many rescue animals. I work in a vet office and when I saw a new plan when Embrace first started, I decided to give it a try. The reimbursements are minimal with always a convoluted reason about wellness vs. injury or incident. I have Trupanion with my other animals and am very pleased with their coverage. In the future I will not enroll other pets in Embrace. I don’t feel embraced at all.

Trupanion is easiest and safer way to insure you dog. In case of a “recurring”situation, like we had, the invoice was handled with ease. They inform you step by step the status of your claim. Before you know it, the reimbursement was in our bank account. Don’t forget there is a deductible per situation which carry ‘s for the life of your pet.
