It was easy to sign up. I have not had any services per se.

Website doesn't work and they charge you anyways
I tried to sign up, got all the welcome emails, etc. Then could not access the website, got an error. Called and was told oh sorry, our bad, apply again. Did, but had no luck getting the darn thing paid, again, website issues. Cancelled and gave up trying. Went with Pets Best. Then out of the blue 8 weeks later, I was charged for both months. Waiting on hold for 45 min+. What a laughable company. I do not recommend them and will never suggest them to any of my clients.

we have had to use the insurance twice now and both times have be amazing.
we have had to use the insurance twice now and both times have be amazing. the agents were very helpful and compassionate, and fund were distributed quickly, and the preapproval at the hospital was complete within an hour. thank you for being there for our family
