Policy is very new
Policy is very new, haven't used it yet, still in the 5 day waiting period as well. Staff reached out already and provided information and asked if I had questions. So far, Great customer service. Hopefully it continues if I need to file a claim in the future.

Payment Date Change each Month
I needed to change my payment date each until later in the month. My date was the 14th and I needed it to be the 28th as my income is Social Security and that comes on the 4th Wednesday. I wanted all my expenses to be paid then so I would know the rest was clear if needed. She said no problem and we set it up to occur on that date each month ,
