Kasandra was verbally eloquent. She was patient. She knew the answers for my questions. She was thorough in presenting the information. I had read the coverage and costs on line before talking with her and she quoted items just as I had already read about them. She needs to be commended for excellent service plus, she was charming regarding my little shares about the cuteness of my new kitten.

Quick to pay claims but hard to cancel
Embrace was fairly quick to pay benefits but the policy price increased every year and at a pretty large amount. I understand vets aren't cheap but my biggest issue was cancelling my policy was very difficult.

I took out Pets Best insurance a couple of months ago, it was very easy to set up and choose exactly what you want. Cody had his yearly checkup and I submitted the bill to Pets Best, within 3 days we received an email telling me how much was covered and to expect payment. My wife and I were very impressed with your quick service and ease of opening a claim. Thank you!!

My experience with Nationwide was great because of the help, time, and patience I received from Kia. He guided us through the entire process for pet insurance for my pets. Even though during our conversation I asked yo call back while take care of an emergency; he returned my call promptly in ten minutes as we discussed. The rest of the process went smoothly. I couldn’t recommend Healthy Paws more!
I couldn’t recommend Healthy Paws more. My girl Layla has been covered since a puppy. She’s 8 now. As with any insurance you don’t realize the impact until it’s absolutely needed. Then in swoops Healthy Paws, like a super hero, to come along side us when medical procedures for our girl needed to be done. The monthly payments and deductibles are reasonable. Believe me, Healthy Paws, shows its value when you need it the most. The peace of mind having Healthy Paws in your families corner is unmatched. We’ve learned that recently. Suggestion? Start early.
