Furkin Amazing! Seriously!

My experience with Furkin has been amazing. They are furkin affordable!!! Every interaction I’ve had with their staff has been wonderful. Their terms and conditions leave no grey areas and their additional benefits are so thoughtful. So far we have had two claims and both were processed quickly and efficiently. No complaints! Doesn’t hurt that their name is fun to say too! :-)

Love you guys in every way...just hope if I am ever in a no fault accident and my precious custom built car is written off I can count on you guys to fight for its true value and don't allow some bs blue book value to be thrust on to me that couldn't even replace my rims.

Price on point-customer care needs work

I’ve had so many issues with this company. During the beginning of the pandemic my licenses expires, the federal government extended the expiration for everyone by 6 months due to closed offices. Sonnet didn’t bother to stay current and cancelled my insurance. I had to jump through weeks of hoops sending them Information they should of already new. THEN after my insurance was reinstated, they cancelled AGAIN for the next one year renewal because they didn’t update my new license information from the previous year so I had to take more time off work to provide a drivers abstract when they clearly could of just ran my license to check it. To add clarity. I have always paid my payments on time, and my driving record doesn’t have a speck on it. Sonnet is lucky they’re rates are so good because they lack common sense. God forbid I ever need to make a claim with them…

I really love Sonnet as a company

I really love Sonnet as a company. I find it easy to review documents and can print new ones off when needed. The only thing I was not satisfied with was that I had to change my address and in doing so. They charged me 60 extra and my plan was still good until Sept. the only thing that changed was my address and it is still in the same city
