My cat got sick last month
My cat got sick last month, and his bills were racking up so I thought, hey, let's get some pet insurance so we don't run into this again! He passed away within hours of buying a Pumpkin policy. The customer service member who took care of my abrupt cancelation made it so easy and gave me a full refund, no questions only condolences. Thank you, Pumpkin. I'll be back when another furry friend enters my life ❤

Sonnet is very easy to do your own insurance, staff is very friendly and when something gets in the way of your payment they understand and help you fix it.. very very satisfied with this company i have recommended 4 people now and they all got insurance through you now.. i had a payment coming out went to bed the payment was in there got up at like 830a.m. and it was short by 20 dollars, i was so upset that my insurance was going to be canceled i put the money in that was missing then i called them, they explained what would happen and how it works. I told the gentlemen that my Netflix came out that is why it wasn't there he said no problem and explained.. very friendly and easy to work with

I have a 7 month old mini-Austrailian Shepherd named Zoey. I signed up with Healthypaws pet insurance after talking with a neighbor who had this insurance and was happy with it. I also did my own google searches. So far, we have had three emergencies with Zoey covered by Healthy paws!! I really appreciate the amazing turn around time on the repayment of costs we pay. I appreciate the concern and quick response the personnel working with Healthy Paws always gives me either by phone or email. This program has been well worth the cost and them some. The rules and what is covered, deductible, etc., are also very well covered in their paperwork.
