Unfortunately, our dog Callie is a Trupanion frequent flyer. She's had two expensive ER visits in the past, and most recently she tore her ACL and required surgery. The claim was fine.
The claim was fine. What i do not like was being lied too regarding increases in my policies for 3 dogs. Especially CiCi because I was told her policy would never increase. I will be calling regarding the huge amount of money I pay for 3 dogs who are basically healthy
