Best Pet Insurance
We have had several expensive claims and Healthy Paws has been great. Claims are reviewed quickly, the representatives are helpful and courtesy. The reimbursement checks are sent out within one week. I have had other pet insurance, none of them compare to Healthy Paws, I will stay with them forever.

I found it very easy to sign up for my pet's insurance. I haven't made a claim yet, so I can't review its process. However, I was pleased with the affordable rates, offers, flexibility and perks that come with my four-legged-love's account and insurance. I am also pleased with the welcome calls and emails, the constant communication is wonderful.. It looks like the beginning of a great health awareness and assurance journey for my pet, that's easy on my pockets. Yeah, this is the Spot, for us to be! J

Very disappointed and saddened
Very disappointed and hurt by the lack of support from pets best. As new rescue dog parents- our number 1 priority is always to take the best care and provide the best care to our pup as she navigates her new life. This company does not lead with those same intentions and absolutely does not show much care for your animal at all. Very much about collecting money from pet parents who truly want the best for their dog. Very sad and hurt by our experience with this company. I never leave bad reviews… ever… especially coming from a customer service background. But this experience was absolutely awful.
