ONE WORD:FRIENDSHIP!!
Informative, amazing customer service, and affordable! I searched for a long time for my first ever dog to which I finally got after months of waiting in January 2021! I knew the money I put into him, needed to be insured.. I had a friend who used trupanion and raved about them so I thought why not … gave them a call.. set up at 100% thinking might as well as a preventative measure.. NEVER would I have ever thought I would need them on my side as much as I have !!! Let me introduce my Golden retriever puppy .. hand selected for his beautiful color and personality … NO ONE told me that would come with a weak stomach daredevil with a keen taste for SOCK… So my relationship with trupanion began in the middle of the night… upon ingesting 2 socks at 8 weeks old. Needless to say after an X-ray, stomach meds and a visit bill that I was NOT ready for, got paid back at 100%.. I’ll never ever recommend being a pet owner without this insurance ! Rates are amazing !! Customer service is superb both phone and chat.. thank you for all you do!

I love the affordability of this pet…
I love the affordability of this pet insurance, however it takes about 45 days to get reimbursed on anything. Also I wish they would offer insurance for dogs that have a pre existing condition! It would honestly help with my anxiety so much! Even if they don’t cover the condition they could cover other stuff!
