I recently switched to Sonnet from another provider and I can’t believe the amazing service! My premium has decreased by nearly 50% I can’t believe it. When I was quoted this amazing price, I had to reach out to the customer service team to ensure I completed my quote properly. I’m speechless! Couldn’t believe how great the service and price have been. At first I thought they would quote one price and when the dust settled have a higher cost. It actually went down $8.00 per month. That was a nice present. Highly recommend their insurance.

I’m so relieved that we purchased this pet insurance for our new puppy. It was so easy to acquire the policy we wanted and set up an online account. Submitting a claim for puppy’s vet exam and vaccinations was soooo easy. We received a claim reimbursement so fast. Setting up a direct deposit claim reimbursement was easy and will be especially convenient. We’re very delighted with our choice of Pets Best and will definitely recommend them to friends and family!

False Advertising and Inaccurate Representations
I called a representative of Best in order to determine the policy that would cover what I needed for my puppy. I was told I would need an endorsement to my plan to get my puppy’s neutering covered. I waited to schedule his procedure for a few weeks after I obtained the policy to make sure it would be covered. However, when I submitted my claim, it was denied! I was told that I obtained the wrong endorsement and no effort was made to determine how that occurred or to work with me to figure out a solution. I am extremely disappointed with my experience and would not recommend this company to anyone.
