I've been with these guys for some time now and I've never had any issues. Any queries I've had have been answered promptly and without any problems.

Easy to work with
Easy to work with! Claims have generally been quick, preventative items are faster than illness/injury claims, but that's to be expected. They issued a payment within 30 days on our dog's overnight emergency care which costs us ~$1500, to see the claim approved just 4 weeks later we were surprised.

Trupanion insurance is amazing
Trupanion insurance is amazing! They are true to their advertising reimbursing at 90%, minus the doctor cost. There is not enough space to tell of their compassionate customer service. My boxer pup was very sick with meningitis. It was a Sunday morning, I had no money to give the veterinary hospital, nor did I think Trupanion was open, and neither did the vet. A gracious representative answered and I explained my pup’s situation. She push it through, call the hospital and assured Trupanion would cover 90%. The hospital admitted my Penny, and she is still with me today, thanks to Trupanion’s caring staff. My private vet praised Trupanion and now, Because of Penny’s history she is monitored carefully, and she is alive, strong and well and continues to receive 90% coverage from Trupanion. I thank God for them!

Can't give a fair review.
I have heard that this is good insurance I haven't received my paperwork yet from the company, and I also haven't used it at all yet. So my rating so far is a 3 until I use it I really can't give a fair rating.
