I am very excited about my new puppy…
I am very excited about my new puppy Maggie. She is a Shih Tzu and will be arriving when she is 8 weeks old. I have been gathering things for her and my breeder sends me pictures each week. So I know how important pet insurance will be. I've researched so many then I made my pick and purchased a policy so I'll be ready. When reading over the policy I realized Maggie has to be in my home, not two weeks away. So I called customer service. They answered right away and I explained what happened and she understood my excitement. Customer service was friendly and helpful. Everything I filled out will be saved and just one phone call when Maggie is sitting in my lap and I'll have her covered with her policy. Thank you for being so helpful ☺

Simply the Best - for my situation
Trupanion is an amazing pet insurance company that actually care for its customers. Phoning them means talking to somebody right away and getting the answers you need. Prices are very fair and allow for great flexibility when comes to deductibles - which are fully tailored to your needs.

The representative we spoke with was the most professional, patient, informative, kind, awesome person we have ever had. He made us feel like we were speaking face to face and answered all of our questions with tons of knowledge. He should be training customer service reps all over the country and get a raise. Absolutely excellent experience.
