The online experience was good
The online experience was good. Everything appears more like a summary including the online policy download. A bit more detail would be nice. The real proof will be if a claim needs to be made. All insurance companies are generally good until it’s time to pay out. We will see how Sonnet deals with claims.

Healthy paws insurance company is very easy to work with, very caring about my toy poodle and extremely quick with settling the claims. So happy I chose Healthy Paws for my little one. I have never had pet insurance in the past, but I decided to take the plunge back in March/2021. A month ago, when my pup had been attacked I was SO grateful I had it to help with the vet bills. It was so simple to sign up originally, and so easy to file a claim. I've had incredible customer service and have been very impressed with the speed with which my claim was processed. Not to mention, a very thoughtful follow-up email we received checking up on our pup's recovery! I'm truly impressed with Healthy Paws and so grateful for them through this challenging time!
