Signing up was very easy. I have not used it yet so time will tell but if it’s as easy as the sign up things will be good.

Embrace is the Best
I would recommend Embrace to any loyal pet owner. I called several other pet insurance companies who would not service my cat Fleetwood because of her advanced age. Embrace was the only company who was willing to work with me. Embrace always reimburses me promptly for services rendered from my veterinarian. The staff is helpful and courteous.

4 stars for covering older cats
I only give it 4 stars because I have yet to have any experiences with it. I just got coverage for both my cats as of a week or two ago. I'm super excited that they even cover my older cat because a lot of other pet insurances won't cover him. So I'm giving them fourr StARS for that!

In the end it turned out ok
In the end it turned out ok. A man from Hartland called me and did some interagateing to me of which I did not know why. It sounded like he didn't want to pay the $7,000.00 Bill for my dogs TPLO surgery on both legs. I was not to happy in the way he was treating me. Kind of disappointing.

Everything about spot pet insurance is great. Claims are very fast. And whenever there’s missing paperworks they let me know right away so i can send it to them. Plus you can customizethe insurance.

Not the Best
Takes a bit of time for turnaround and most EVERYTHING that you send in they state is out of policy. If you have puppy or older dog, I would avoid this insurance.

Impossible to get a claim paid
Impossible to get a claim paid. This insurance company is a scam. They claim pet's illness was prior to the end of the waiting period and it is not. DO NOT BUY THIS INSURANCE!!! I trusted them because of Costco and I will be complaining to Costco. They just take your premium and pay out nothing. I can't hate on them enough. One star is too much for this scam company. Edit for Figo's reply. I chatted and called, and I kept getting the same canned answer and I was pushed off to sending an email to the "appeals" department. Based on the other reviews I know that would be a colossal waste of time. Honestly, the policy has covered every possible reason not to pay claims. If my dog got hit by a car there's probably a paragraph that says: "your pet rode in a car in the last 5 years so this is pre-existing" or "the accident happened while Venus was in retrograde, and Jupiter was rising therefore the injuries are not covered". I made sure the policy won't renew in October and I'm shopping around for an ethical company that doesn't rip off its customers.
