Save your money—They don’t want pay claims
Not worth it. Submitted a simple claim from an accident my dog had and they wanted more information. I’m not sure what else they wanted when I submitted EVERYTHING from the event. Obviously this company just overcomplicates things so they DONT have to pay. I heard that about them but I thought I’d give them a try first. So not worth. Switching to Nationwide.

Everything was covered!
Our dog got into the garbage and needed an ER visit which is never cheap. This was our first time needing to use our insurance in the year and a half we've had it. It was so easy! And from nightmare stories I have heard from friends regarding pet insurance, I was really expecting Pets Best to come back with "well this isn't covered and this isn't covered". But that wasn't the case at all. I sent in the requested paperwork, received and confirmation email and then within two weeks, everything was done. Certainly glad we went with Pets Best! I am a dog photographer with a decent size following so I will definitely be sharing my experience with my clients!

Takes way to long to get returns
Takes way to long to get returns. I’ve submitted about 4 now and each have taken over a month to see any kind of return and when it finally comes, it’s not much. I’ll likely end my pet insurance policy soon with Pet’s Best soon.

All-around awesome
Figo provides a great service, not just with the insurance itself but also with the ability to store and organize pets' documents on the cloud, reminders for vaccines and preventive medicine, and online access to an on-call vet that save us from unnecessary, expensive visits to our vet's office. The customer service is also excellent. I recommend Figo to everyone I know who has a pet!
