Pets Best is amazing

Pets Best is amazing! They always process claims very quickly and get you reimbursed! Most times in under a week, which is incredible. We've had them for three plus years and they've delivered every time. I appreciate how simple it is to submit a claim. I give Pets Best my highest recommendation!

Great service and easy website!

When I was shopping for pet insurance, I found Pets Best website was very easy to navigate and it provided all the information I needed. They offered many coverage options and the quoting process was so easy. Since my 6-month old puppy was eating and chewing everything in sight, I decided it would be wise to purchase accident and illness coverage in case she swallowed something and needed surgery. Never in my wildest dreams would I have expected her to break her leg, but at 10 months of age, she stepped in a hole while running in the back yard. It was a horrible experience. The break was so bad she needed emergency surgery. The bone had to be held together with a plate and screws. Needless to say this was very expensive and I was so glad we had purchased insurance. Now came the test to see how well our insurance company would handle this. I submitted the claim with all the appropriate information and waited. It was a very easy online process. Much to my surprise, they paid the claim exactly as was stated in the policy without any resistance, arguing, or phone calls. They sent me updates via email regarding their process, and when all was said and done, a deposit appeared in my bank account. Because of the severity of the injury, our pup needed follow-up visits and additional x-rays on several occasions, but they were all covered. I am more than pleased with the exceptional service provided by Pets Best! It was a welcomed relief after experiencing that horrible injury and the ordeal of recovery. By the way, our pup is well on her way to a full recovery and she is so happy to be running again. : ) Thank you, Pets Best!

I had never gotten pet insurance before

I had never gotten pet insurance before, but I decided to with my puppy. Then a few months later she got VERY sick, and we were able to try a treatment that we would never have been able to afford without Embrace! The representatives were kind and quick to respond to my questions, and putting in the claim was very easy on the website. Payment received in about a week! I will always get pet insurance from now on, and I recommend Embrace to everyone with pets!

I would give this company a zero if I could. They don’t raise the rate based on your animals age- they just keep raising the rate- every year so by the time it becomes insane- your dog is to okd to get a good qoute elsewhere. I called and they are professional d of the fact they can stick it to you after they tie your hands behind your back. I have all e mails to back this up

I have had fetch insurance for a few…

I have had fetch insurance for a few years and have never had to use it.In July 2022 I had to take my dog to the vet because he didn’t seem right.He was diagnosed with anaplasmosis and I submitted an er bill and two follow up bills.They asked for medical history so I submitted that also.Then they asked for flea and tick prevention receipts.He has a seresto collar on from March to November then I use wondercide from November til March.I did not have receipts for purchase.I buy when they are on sale and never thought to save receipts for it so I sent in pictures of what I have.They told me they didn’t think it would be accepted because I don’t have receipts and I could have just had the stuff laying around??Who would go out and buy flea and tick prevention and just leave it laying around the house for no apparent reason? Seems they are trying to find anyway possible to get out of paying a claim.His policy has doubled within the past two years with no claims submitted for anything.What these claims amount to is not even what I pay out in a year for him.Do better Fetch.No one would just have flea and tick treatments laying around for no apparent reason.I hope u see this is fix this problem and pay like you should be.to add to reply:I am not as worried at premium as I am about u not paying this claim or that the supervisor changed the claim in the system and resubmitted it.He also couldn’t answer where in the policy it states that u do not pay for tick related diseases.It states you do not pay or reimburse for tick and flea protection-big difference.I told him you may want to rewrite entire policy on this because there is nothing that states that or that states you need flea and tick prevention receipts for the entire year before.I submitted receipts that the pet store manager took alot of time to find and am waiting to hear back.So ridiculous.Please rewrite your policy correctly and pay what u should pay.

Are they really an insurance company! :-)

I am so surprised I'm writing this review for Trupanion. My big pup had to have TPLO surgery on BOTH legs. I'm not crazy with the way they apply the deductible, instead of annually it's per condition. BUT, they considered the two surgeries one incident - fabulous! If you have small claims this won't be good for you, but I don't have an issue with paying my small claims which are rare anyway. I really did get pet insurance so I wouldn't have to make that awful decision if I could afford an expensive surgery or expensive treatment for my beloved pet - this one was $12K. The first TPLO claim was a bit complicated (a removal of a growth included with the TPLO surgery) and I had to make an appeal for a small amount they denied - they accepted my appeal and paid the additional cost. I also had to call customer service, no hold and a pleasant and knowledgeable representative was able to answer my questions. I can't say enough good things about Trupanion. Even my surgeon, prior to any claim process, said that her experience has been very positive and they have always been reasonable - she called Trupanion her favorite. Can you ask for anything more?
