Why run the claim under Wellness when we don't have a Wellness policy?

Pets Best ran my claim through Wellness but we don't have a Wellness policy so everything was denied. I had to get our vet to send all his notes and after waiting another month, they still turned down everything under our Accident & Illness policy. Several things should have been covered and now I'm fighting for reimbursement for those items. We've been happy with previous claim results but definitely, NOT THIS TIME!

Highly recommend!!
