My dog had his third ear infection.
My dog had his third ear infection. I was unaware that there was a 30 day waiting period for illness to be covered. I submitted three invoices only to find that because the first one was in the 30 day period the subsequent were not covered. I understand about the 1st one but not the 2nd and third infection. I adopted this puppy on 5/23 and got the insurance on 5/27. The first incident was on 6/10/2020 which was only 2 weeks after the adoption. I had no records of any issues for the puppy other than the vaccines.

I've always been so happy with Trupanion's customer service and claims coverage. Having this insurance gave me an extra year and a half with my cat after she was diagnosed with cancer. It was such a relief to not worry about handling the cost of her care on my own.
