Onsider Trupanion to be the very best of any compny I have ever dealt with in my 70 years on the planet and that she did nothing to counter my immense satisfaction. Please keep on recruiting personnel with more like her. Looking forward to many more years of association and opportunities to recommend Trupanion to pet owners I meet.

I was very happy with the experience I had.
I was very happy with the experience I had. I did question being denied the charges for removing a grass seed from her ear, as that was the cause of her ear infection. It did happen in 2019 as well, removed under anesthetic, and treated for the resulting infection. The vet was slow to find the root cause, and therefore she was treated for regular ear infection, prior to discovering the grass seeds. However, since she is not prone to ear infections, this should not be a problem.

Every Pet Should Be Insured
An amazing company that I would never go without. They have been wonderful with the 3 pets we have insured with them (2 cats, 1 dog) for 11 years. They are prompt in processing claims and are completely transparent with their process. I don't know what we would do without them.

I have not had this insurance long and have not yet had to submit a claim, so I cannot at this time speak to a claim's experience. However, I did request a medical review be done so I could document any pre-existing conditions and Embrace accomplished this in a reasonable amount of time. Also, I called Customer Service once with a question and the lady I spoke with was friendly, courteous and helpful. So, with what I have experienced to date, I would certainly recommend Embrace Pet Insurance.
