I haven’t needed to use my policy until now. I called to get more clarification on it and Brandy answered every question. She was so amazing and helpful. I wish I had called when my policy first started. I would have had a clearer view of my policy and what I am paying. That was my fault, but I would suggest others call within their 30 day grace period so that they can make changes if needed.
